Premises: 114-116 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York
The original 1860's clapboard structure fell into disrepair throughout many years of defferred maintenance. 
An early attempt at restoration by a former Owner  wrapped the entire facade in vinyl siding uncharacteristic of Main Street's Historic District Designation

GoodRock's rehabilitation was a rebuild from the ground up. Particular attention was paid to replicate historical attributes while providing all the modern
amenities of a 21st century luxury home.
